Rules & Regulations

• All the business partners are requested to write clearly the name of their firm, postal address, railway station and district while filling the order form.
• If the order is to be transported, please write the name of the transport company or if through railway, please write the name of the station or out agency.
• If you wish to bring the builty of stock through bank please don't forget to write the name and branch of the bank. In case the name of the bank is not mentioned, the builty will be send through VPP.
• In case if there is any mistake in the bill, kindly do not return the builty. Builty should be released and the mistakes should be overcome by writing a letter.
• If the builty under stock is not released the complete expenses will be borne by the person to whom the order is sent.
• Only those books of the order will be supplied which will be available in the stock. Rest of the books will be supplied when ready or on receiving a new order.
• Rates & commission of the books can be deducted or raised accordingly if necessary without any prior information. All the business partners have to abide them.
• F.O.R. Rail and truck rents will not be entertained, although packing & forwarding will be free as usual.
• Any kind of assurance by the representative should be taken only if is in written form.
• 1% packing charge will be levied on the books of the board.
• Different commission is payable on different books.
• Jurisdiction area is Jaipur, in case of any dispute.
