Responsibility of the school

The school does not hold any responsibility for loss of books, stationary, money or any valuable things during the school time or on way to school or home. However parents are requested to keep check over their wards that they should not carry the valuable things to the school. The parents are welcome to give constructive suggestions to the Principal.

 

School Library

School has well stocked library with the books usually preferred by the students preparing for CPMT, PMT, I IT, PET, The stock is refreshed every year depending on the Titles in demand Books are also issued to students during long holidays.

 

Course Materials

Having experienced the requirements of the students preparing for CPMT, PMT, I IT, PET, school provides notes and guide line for all the subjects. It reduces the burden of selecting topics for home exams. The notes are issued to students before the portion is taken up in class.

 

Practicals

School has well equipped separate Laboratories for BIOLOGY, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, COMPUTER Sc. All the practicals as per Board rules are done in labs by the students themselves individually. Practicals start in the month of July itself, and completed by November.
 
Students who miss the practicals are provided second chance, without any extra fee in the month of December from (20th to 31st). Students preparing for I IT Fdn. are given third chance for practicals just after the screening test for IIT, JEE because of this facility students secure very high percentage marks in Board Practical Exams.

 

Hostel Facility

Very large capacity for the hoteliers is available in the Dadabari colony. School management keeps close watch on the living condition in these private hostels. School representatives regularly visit these hostels and keep close watch on the student's progress in studies, Medical and personal help is provided as and when required. Students are advised to inform the warden for any problem being faced by them.

 

Progress Report

School has well devised system of monitoring progress of the students and reports about studies / health is sent to parents from time to time Students are advised to submit correct address - local and permanent - complete with Pin-code, Tel. Nos and S.T.D. code nos. and e-mail address if possible. This will help school management in speedier communications.

 

Leave Travel Concession

Railway/Roadways Leave travel concessions are issued to students during long breaks in the academic sessions.

 

Courses and Affiliation

1.

English Medium It follows all India syllabus approved and prescribed by Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi, leading to all India Sr. Secondary Examination (or Rajasthan Board for Xlth & XIIth only) under 10+2 pattern

2.

Hindi Medium Syllabus approved and prescribed by Board of Secondary Education Rajasthan, leading to senior secondary examination on 10+2 pattern. (Hindi Medium CBSC. is available to class XI & XII students only)

 

Scholarship

Scholarship are awarded to student for performance.

 

  

To maintain strict discipline and to speed up progress and efficiency, we are compelled to take certain precautionary measures in the school. Their compliance being in your interest, therefore is compulsory and failure to do so may amount to disciplinary action without prior notice.

 

1.

Running and playing in the class room, shouting, any other disturbance is not allowed in school.

2.

Student must respect all teachers, authorities and rules/regulations of the school. They must be cautious and polite under all circumstances, failure to do so may result in disciplinary action and in serious cases it may result to expulsion from the school without warning.

3.

All students must arrive at the school in time to join the prayer, assembly and studies.

4.

All games and sports are to be played during the time fixed for it.

5.

The minimum attendance compulsory is :-

Nursery to lV 

60 percent

V to VIII

75 Percent

IX to XII

75 Percent

Students falling short of attendance prescribed above will be detained in the examination. Parents and Guardians will be informed accordingly.

6.

One who has been absent on the previous day will not be admitted in the class without the written permission of the Principal. A student who is absent without leave for 7 days will be expelled from the school. A student who is absent due to illness for a considerable time must submit a medical certificate. Absence without leave application will be penalized with a fine of Re. 1 each day.

7.

Absence in the examinations will amount to failure in the subject and will be severely dealt with disciplinary action.

8.

The student must bring their text book, note book and the school diary regularly. Failure to abide by this rule will result in fine and punishment and the student may be asked to leave the class.

9.

All assignments must be done regularly with due interest and care. It should be very neat, tidy and readable. All books and note books should be covered preferably with a brown paper. The name, class, subject be mentioned properly. The assignment should bear date .and other headings on the top of the page. Students are advised to maintain index also.

10.

All work will be submitted for correction on the appointed day. After the teacher has checked the work, student should do corrections automatically. Any negligence will call for punishment.

11.

If the medium of instructions is English, student should speak in English only.

12.

Student should be habitually clean and always neatly dressed. The school uniform is to be put on every day and during school functions and examinations.

13.

No visitor will be allowed to contact any student without the prior permission of the office. Any such meeting will not in any case disturb the classes or school discipline.

14.

Participation in all school activities and functions is compulsory.

15.

Criticism of the school and the School Authorities should be strictly avoided. If one has a legitimate complaint he should make it in writing to the school authorities.

16.

Students of Central Academy are expected :-

  • To be friendly with another in and out of the school.

  • To avoid vulgarity in talk and behavior.

  • To be courteous and sportsman like.

  • To respect the library and laboratory.

  • To respect the right of other students.

  • To respect the beauty of the school premises and to report damage which they observe. Central Academy being a Co-educational institution, students should regard the traditional limitations of their relationship. The parents and the students should be co-operative with the school authorities in the implementation of these rules and regulation for the best interest of the student community at large.
